For example from the Middle East, Persia, and Greece we have Falafel, Kabobs and Gyros. From Japan we have chicken teriyaki bowls, and chicken curry. From Spain we have that tapas bar staple - tortilla (also known as a fritatta). American staples are also abundant with burgers, hot dogs, and Hawaiian loco mocos.
